I am a licensed specialist clinical social worker. I graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I have over 25 years’ experience working with individuals, children and families. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 17 years. My passion is helping people become the best versions of themselves and learning skills to have a life worth living.
I utilize several evidence-based theoretical approaches in therapy that have proven successful in my work with adolescents, teens, individuals and families.
The clients I work with most are those suffering from mood disorders (Bipolar, Depression), complex and developmental trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I also offer support to family members of individuals with mood disorders, PTSD and ADD/ADHD.
